Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association

OELA is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to further the education of those attorneys who practice employment law, specifically plaintiff’s cases. By providing a resource in which attorneys can share information, the bar is improved and the decisions that are rendered by Oklahoma state and federal judges are more likely to be based upon briefs and arguments from attorneys who are better prepared to represent their clients’ interests.
